July 1, 2014: Ugandan Foreign Ministry spokesman Fred Opolot said two Ugandan drug traffickers – Omar Ddamulira and Ham Andrew Ngobi – had been executed in China’s Guandong Province.

Opolot added that Ddamulira was executed on 21 May while Ngobi was executed on 24 June in Guangzhou, a city populated by many Ugandan businessmen.
